Our Story

It began with a cookie one night. Wife Jo decided to bake a cookie out of the blue, and after she gave it to husband Tony to try, a light bulb went off…So after some discussion, they decided to give the baking business a try. At first it was one product, at one location. Next 2 at the same location, and then 3, 4, 5….Continuing, another location was added, and another, and another….Then, their big break came….Florida International University developed a commissary kitchen program, to help students develop their potential business into reality. After some negotiation, Tony, an FIU alumni, along with the help of Professor Michael Cheng, struck a deal. The bakery was elevated to the next level. Along with the creation of the website, they hope to open a brick and mortar store one day. To be continued….
